That might be the case, and they were/are certainly points that swayed me to add this to my portfolio.

My only issue is the phrasing of this statement to the AFR

"Cettire is registered for sales tax and remits sales tax in the states where it believes it has registration obligations"

Why add the "believes".

I paid you back.
I believe I paid you back.

Is it just me that sees adding in the "believes" de-qualifies the statement a little bit?

Again, if this is no concern to you, that's fine. I'm not poo pooing this company. I thought it was a bargain when I paid 3.90, so I'm wanting to see if its even more of a bargain at 3.44.

Why do people think you're either a shorter/downramper/whatever when you have something to critique? Its just dumb. I want to know all the facts when investing into a company.
