Whatever people tell themselves to justify when something isn't going the way they think it should.
Of course that's all good and well, until they decide to post their opinion as fact without data to back it up (ie claims that 'many funds' are accumulating), or taking such a bias approach that disregards all other possibilities (like lack of progress/derisking being the cause of less buying).
It's seriously a sin around here to even contemplate anything other than "price manipulation" as the reason the share price isn't going up. Hilarious.
