I've seen it mentioned time and time again so there must be something to it, I just can't get my head around the logic of selling your shares for a lower price than you think they're worth, with the intention of accumulating more. Is the idea that they're trying to manipulate others to sell under their price, which means they can accumulate those lower priced shares while theirs go unsold?
