By the agreement I’m assuming that transfer of technology in service and maintenance cannot be done without full disclosure of HX’s workings , the extension of agreement for 12 months could well be the working out of the manufacturing line , part suppliers and finer details of agreement, I would image CRH would be roaring to go in 12 months time , and FBR would use that time to put together the other HX’s in Australia to keep the ball rolling. In my opinion how is it possible to agree to transfer of electrical circuitry and technology without a solid agreement ?
