It's interesting to see you downplay a director's level of awareness. You've stated that Pietro could very easily not have unique knowledge of whena strategic deal may take place, or when the plant moves to continuous production. I note that you've been very specific there, because it's not just his knowledge of the when that is relevant, it's the "what".
Anyway, your comments seem completely contradictory to those you were making a couple of years ago when another non-executive director bought a similar amount (Bruce McFadzean - $30k). Back then you said "there is no doubt that he would have had detailed discussions with JZ and Pablo regarding the planned operations and all the associated detail surrounding permitting, expansions, etc."
So one director would have all the associated detail, yet the other may not have unique/insider knowledge. Which is it mate?
