Hey Burnett, the fundamentals certainly appear to be improving for PVE, but it still seems a big holder (presumably Hunter Hall?) wants out because any positive announcement is sold into. I'd like to see some institutional interest, decent volume and/or evidence that Hunter Hall has finished selling. I have a feeling your patience will be rewarded one of these days.
