I disagree, your just looking at the div in the rear view mirror and expecting that trend will continue, very likely the next 2 divs will be lower - that has already been indicated in their reports. would you be so positive with a yield of 3.5% and now amazon starting to gain traction, consumer confidence dropping, mortgage stress etc.
