If anyone hasn't yet registered, would you mind popping in a question related to the Performance Fee?
Such as;
1) What notice will investors get when the Performance Fee is triggered
2) Where is the NTA currently in relation to the hurdles? Is the disclosure of the hurdles adequate?
3) Will the investment team be expected to re-invest any performance fee bonus?
4) Does how the Portfolio Manager manages the fund change once the fees are triggered, what mechanisms are in place to prevent unconscious bias.
