Shareholders are paying for David's divorce with the market cap decreasing by over $200m.
For a smart guy how could he not have put a pre-nup in place?
Really disappointing outcome on the back of the last two years where sales have been strong but earnings comparatively flat.
The overhang from David's and Fiona's majority share ownership are an ongoing issue for DDR.
Let's hope the computer refresh cycle kicks off like they have alluded to and we have a strong 1st qtr result.
I think Quarterly divs will be set at 11c/quarter
