it’s prorated on size of company but u have to enter with money raised etc so on day of listing they are all over 5 mil minimum, u have to bring cash as well not just listing
no cash that’s insolvency….
so min is around 6 mil if u have company plus cash value over that they will look at story under u don’t get in hence that’s the basic small cap anything worth Less is a shell , company value less then listing new asx company
