The system is floored and a total mess and explorers have just about had a gut full!!. There should be one updated standard RSHA that everyone understands and abides by. ( We actually already sign one but it is ignored! ) Cut out all the time & cost consuming and frankly over the top preferred agreements to cut out the milking middle man/woman playing with these preferred agreements ( Lawyers etc ). As it stands there are so many completely different preferred agreements, totally confusing & time/cost consuming. It's alright for the big RIO's, BHP's to bow to all these over the top demands but what's forgotten is that all the Discoveries are made by Junior Explorers/Prospectors, the people who can't afford the huge cost demands & delays.
Had my vent!!!, please someone clean up the system to make it practically workable!! Simplify the system by updating a standard RSHA for all and cut out all the BS.
Important!! Please note that I do not have an issue with the actual TO's ( Traditional Owners ), it's the middle man/woman milking the system creating a very costly wedge between Explorers & TO's
