i appreciate that. board directors are machiavellian no matter which company. I'm too cynical for "buy-and-hold" investments. i swing trade, but trade minimally. and as for director renumeration, we all know they should be performance based, correlated to p&l but it will never happen. you gotta trade it somehow, in your own way imo
