haha, what I meant is they can do things more cheaply and effectively together than they could apart. They save money because they can share resources, which makes everything run smoother and cuts down on waste. They also get to combine their money and assets, making it easier to fund new projects or expand their business.
So, when I say the merger is more 'efficient,' I mean it helps the new company to do their work better, spend less money, and make more gold.
