Justa answered "someone who, for example, knows about a takeover before the target company does."
Your pea brain decided that Justa couldn't be referring to the stx TO of Talon, or any other TO, because Mir knew nothing of it. How would you know? Doh, if only your IQ matched your arrogance.

NB: I have no doubt that Mir would not and did not sell stx with inside knowledge.
