I agree with you on flash jb. ReRAM blows it away and it would be good to get more information on progress with a discrete solution.
Data centres certainly suck a huge amount of power. Some of them are reportedly bigger power users than a medium sized town. I can see the point of HBM for movement of data and for Ai but maybe there is a case for ReRAM to replace flash for archiving data?
