This kind of answered my question as well. I think the main difference is that OTCQB is "proper", as in fiducial reporting is done yearly. I also think, that the price gap would be smaller or if not at all. OTC, basically means over the phone? dealer network trading? Hence a price difference occurs. While OTCQB is closer to an exchange trading. I think ADR, means banks/insto were doing the trading/exchange instead.
Overall, its good news. As stated in the announcement, they are preparing this for the US market. No more blaming, "aussie investor sucks".
I'm not a financial/trader, so someone with better knowledge can correct/explain it better to me please.
