falling share price

I am amazed that the SP has fallen by 3 cents on low volume this week . I know that NIP is not on the radar of many Brokers/Analysts, but from everything I have read about this company it has absolutely world class assets in the ground with the prospects of much more to come following the 2010 exploration season . I thought that the recent ANN demonstrated good and logical progress in setting exploration targets .
What will it take for investors to wake up to its potential ?
Shaking my aged head in disbelief - how can it go backwards when the rest of the market is going forwards ?
