    I'm struggling to get my head around those speeds.

    If they reach their target speed, which in a vacuum I suppose there's little resistance so maybe it's very possible. But thats over 4 times faster than a jetliner travels !! It's about 3 times faster than the F35 !

    It would need to be in a tube or a bug would damage it at that speed.
