I get your point but at some stage we have to put the past behind us as we cannot change that.
if you find a way to let it go, you will have much less stress in your life. There is simply no other way than to trust management ATM
give them the benefit of doubt, then we can / should judge them going forward.
Regardless if you agree or not, you cannot ignore things are happening at coalface
