Not so sure I can agree on this proposition of delisting.
They are in middle of raising capital via an institutional offer followed by the announced retail offer to the existing public shareholder base.
”on the path to delisting” - doing a CR in the current turmoil & to then de-list seems unethical and therefore improbable.
They are searching for a new CEO as well - do not need a new CEO to Delist the company.
Given the modest Capital Raise I think a takeaway is that the Boards investigations might see a pathway to getting a large part of the $26m back, even if it is not imminent.
There is a lot going on at Board and investigative levels with Authorities including Legal watchdogs.
anyway just my thoughts on the company being a turnaround story as a listed entity over a Delisting story. AIMO
