It is highly unlikely that Locke or anyone else will provide funding to AVZ if AVZ does not control the shares it holds in DATHCOM. This could have significant implications for AVZ.
Given Nigel Ferguson and AVZ have not announced any news to that effect, shareholders can logically assume (hopefully) that there is no truth in either of the two statements. HOWEVER, SHAREHOLDERS ARE LIKELY TO PANIC IF NIGEL FERGUSON AND AVZ DO NOT MAKE A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT STATING THAT THE TWO POINTS ARE BLATANTLY FALSE, GIVEN THE SERIOUS IMPLICATIONS OF AVZ NOT CONTROLLING ITS SHARES IN DATHCOM.
