    Footnote: a company can be driven into liquidation within 6 months of a Charge being registered, the Charge can only be treated as vulnerable to being declared a voidable unfair preference if the company is insolvent at the time of the registration of the Charge. Eek. If the funds were advanced post the registration of the Charge / vs if the funds were on hand prior. A mess if it goes down that path.
