Firstly, 'Millinium Capital Managers' has nothing whatsoever to do with megafund 'Millenium Capital'. I did a bit of digging with ASIC searches, paid for a couple of reports and it got really murky. 'Millinium Capital Managers' previously know as 'MILLHOUSEIAG CAPITAL MANAGERS LIMITED' who were previously known as 'ROCKSTEAD FUNDS MANAGEMENT LIMITED', who were previously known as 'EXPLORER INVESTMENTS LIMITED', who were previously known as 'OZEWRAP LIMITED'... paints a bit of a picture there.
MP Materials is an actual U.S. Mining Company that is the business of mining Rare Earths. MP Materials and Mining Group Fund is something else altogether - a private investment 'fund'. The fund details are difficult to decipher - and yes a significant shareholder announcement that might clarify is MIA.
Something smells really fishy here.
