There’s no false interpretation there. You seem deluded about the future prospects of the company. It’s doubtful it will list again and if it does it will only come with huge dilution (which I was stating when you were saying they weren’t looking for cash which they clearly were). The only other slight option is a takeover at a point where NUH has zero bargaining power. Everything has changed, not just possible management and strategy changes as you suggest. Probably the most telling part is Realtek not throwing in more funds. Then again, why would you when you get the whole company in less than five months?
