You are referring to the appeal that was dismissed early last year. Subsequently an appeal to the Supreme Court was lodged last year on the 6th April 2023. So it's now more than a year and nothing heard on this. It is frustrating that we are not being informed of progress on this final appeal, but I guess that's because there's nothing to report (although the company has a history of being quite slack in keeping us ordinary retail investors in the loop).

I note that from the 2023 annual report that the Company's projections are based on a gold price of US$1,800/oz. That's just shy of $600 below the current spot price. Just imagine what that means for revenue and for, I shudder to think, Dividends!
