Thanks for your insight but the 23 February announcement referring to an Appendix 4E remains at odds with the follow up March announcement. Lodgement of an Appendix 4E indicates the financial statements for the period in question have been finalised and signed off by the auditor. ASX and possibly ASIC should be delving into ESK's financials and scrutinising why it provided a misleading statement to the ASX for release to the market.
You raise the point of ESK directors' other corporate interests. The other thing of note is the longevity of service most of the directors have on ESK's board.
Seems to me ESK has a sought after product offering supported by an adequately funded R&D programme but despite this ESK is an investment backwater under its current stewardship. Seems ripe for takeover but at what price?
