"But if true, why didn't JC simply say that in the report?" Poor communication, which has been an issue in the past. JC has come back later and given reasonable explanations.
Instead of giving a reason, because it could be this or number of things combined, the statement about meeting lower end of target implys there are temporary issues which chopped off $4 millon.
I will buy their temporary issues. To be more specific ; I think we will trade between $3 and $2.70 for this week or two and move to $3.50 on/by 18th May and then $4 on GO approval. Changing my sentiment to buy.
