And here I thought the "insurrection" was meant to seize control of the Govt on the day....and maybe you might not have said it yourself (cant recall) every other loon in here and 90% of the loony Dems have been pushing THAT very premise endlessly and are still going back to that dry well.
And as for Ashley...sure... she put herself in a position of potential harm...but so too does every person interacting with cops in a way that may or are running foul of the law
But in those instances...regardless of the actions of the perp..the onus and duty of care is on the cop to abide by all the conventions, rules and procedures that cover the use of lethal force
He clearly didn't and that's on the record.
In all other instances when that was proved...the cop would be held to task.
