Man being the type of animal he is, they had to close down most of the dedicated mental health facilities in Australia due to mistreatment and sexual assaults. They now house most of these in hospitals and pump them up full of drugs to make them controllable and after a few weeks they get released back into the care of the public.
This guy has obviously had some type of weapons training to kill so many in a short amount of time, authorities need to look at how this has come about. Years ago if you had any involvement with the bad side of the law or you came off a bit strange, you would have been thrown out of a martial arts clubs in a matter of seconds, these days they harbour some of the worst criminals in Australia. You see many of these one punch attacks and that's where many of them come from.
Another thing is that society makes these loan wolves attackers as there isn't much support for people suffering from mental health issues in Australia and there's more of a chance of having a disconnect with society. I bet there were warning signs with this guy that were ignored. I hope these Govts learn from this and take more focus on the warning signs.
