Hi @saintex
I have been investing in the building industry in-anticipation of interest rates decreasing.
My pick of the sector is BRI. It has a dividend yield that will be around the 10% mark due to recent revenue hiccup, has announced a number of items that will contribute to revenue growth next financial year + beyond and believe it has reached a bottom in its share price.
What are your thoughts on investing in the sector and BRI specifically? Do you see any issues with company?
