I am still trying to wrap my head around it @sergeant For HHR to make an announcement about the "move capex to opex" solution they must have done more than just come up with the concept. I hope that they have discussed it with the government. (and the opposition) No doubt if it works it would significantly reduce the tax on the project and increase the project viability.
I'm just not convinced that the government will support such a loss of tax revenue. We will have to wait and see.
