I dont know the deifinitve answer as it hasnt been made public, so i suspect if you e mail Esra Ogru she may help with timelines
But suffuce to say, the study will involve around 4 times the patients of the 1B (ie 40 to 150) and they are testing the same outcomes so i would imagine the same time or a month more, from memeory 1b started in June this year, so i would hazard a bet that if the patches are ready in Feb it could be all done and dusted by June 2011
In the meantime and with relevance to CR talk, we have Novartis, AOD, Prophase and possibly CSL anns coming in the next 6 months also, i suspect Novartis (as pigs has outlined) could be first off the block (just because its animal related)
