Temp I think if you know how most Government Departments are run (Extremely ineficiently with no idea at the best of times, even though they'd deny this) then most likely the problem will ly with them (DERM). Firstly I don't even think DERM (This means all of it's staff, and the rest of the Government)even have the expertise to truly make the appropriate decisions in relation to this technology and the only way they can make such decisions are by constantly bombading the likes of CXY and CNX with a multitude of questions and here by learning what they really don't know at the expense of these companies.

They (DERM)will be under an enormous amount of pressure from the powers above (Yes another bunch of people who have no idea)to get this right. I have no doubt the likes of CNX and CXY have provided DERM with all the answers to they have been asked to date but it certainly wouldn't surprise me if DERM keep coming up with new questions as a result of others being answered. (I'm convinced DERM have people that truly don't have a true understanding of how this can all work, hence the dilema we're all going throught now).

Here's hoping it all turns out for the better, and that the people in the DERM aren't narrow minded and afraid to make an executive decision once all of their questions have been answered.
