I think next 2 critical hurdles are MNB securing the remaining $11M, and Carrinho's MoU to be converted into a proper sales offtake (for IDC loan to actually be drawn-able).
The big question now is: Will these two be achieved, and when? No ETA yet, so it can be a month or two, or can be another 6+ months like with IDC.
