While I agree with you around me not being 100% sure since a deal can't be done. I doubt a company would be willing to pay a companies debts and then provide further funding for phase 2. If they were acquiring 1AD maybe but otherwise, they would have no interest or care that 1AD creating share dilution.
Sure I mean if T/O can swing that, he'd be a far better person then I take him for. However it just isn't plausible. Business 101, why would a company pay 7.5m to cover debt that the company will need to find themselves over putting that 7.5m toward phase 2 whereby they could get ROI. Paying someone elses bill that they will need to pay themselves is a 100% loss.
Definitely game city right now. Since the announcement a month ago, you could have almost made 100% buying the lows and selling the highs. Its a rinse and repeat. I've noticed that once the buy v sell inverts heavily it generally signals the reversal. Ie last week when we hit 3.2, it was 10m vs 6m - then reversed. Now it is 4m vs 10m. I would say someone will try to push this down to 2.7 today and then the reversal will come mid week.
