The GOR chairman has a history doing this where he presided over the demise of St Barbara which started with paying too much for a Canadian gold mine. Looks similar to what appears to be going on here. Then he presided over SBM shareholder wealth destruction by doing the worst deal I've ever seen where the dominant force in the Leanora region folded to a start up. Anyway IMO you guys should be very cautious.
