Probably similar to a few people here, I got my fingers burned with the 2022 CR (from memory about 30m at $1.75ish). This time might be a bit bigger like the $90m CR in April 21 (at $4.80).
I wonder if there are caveats to the $600m Letter of Interest which require some form of co-investment/ balance sheet strength to progress development.
