In addition to J-S converting options, Mark Hohnen (Executive Chairman) has purchased 1,294,595 shares on market (Announced 15 Feb). Mark is a conservative investor and the fact that he has spent a significant amount to acquire on market indicates that things are actively progressing in country.

As an adviser and shareholder it is pleasing to see Directors and Management buying in the trenches with other investors and these recent purchases are extremely positive. (I cannot remember the last time anyone at board level has purchased stock on market). Clearly something has shifted in country where both are now comfortable with accepting the perceived risk
