if you studied simple basic body language....you would know people who use their hands to convey a message...do it, because they lack either the education, or intelligence, or language to use words to explain the message they are attempting to portray,or communicate ... now we can understand an immigrant who does not know the language, might use his hands to convey a message, offer direction etc...seek understanding....
take a closer look at anyone who uses their hands and arms, to send you a message.....??? most of us just speak to each other....no flailing, waving of arms, hands required.....is that too much to ask of the person holding the most important office
the other most annoying thing is her, and her team's, continued repeat of the same words.....as if you the listener is either half deaf, or ignorant or just plain stupid... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
