Hi Parsifal - its a minefield now as the law books currently stand.

My dates and I never need beer goggles but I still think the section of society that does go there should play under fair legal rules. The laws are not fair as they stand.

Men with great character of course of course that can convince the judge of same, have little to fear but there is a but. People have been known to lie and cases decided om he says she says and no proof are a problem given that.

Some people like to be drunk to get sexual in the first place..... the lowered inhibitions effect of alcohol and a good girl excuse to play up which they won't do sober so readily. They are in the danger zone every time now.
