For GXY holders, the reality is there has been 2 takeovers with no premium.
Actually i should re-phrase that.
Because the Livent TO has actually decimated the SP. No premium, decimation.
The TO pump crowd have pretty much all disappeared. Paid posters some of them no doubt.
The company spending money to disadvantage their own shareholders. What was it? $50m our share??
