I think when IMU bought this the market had serious doubts about the manufacturing component in particular.
My question is what value was this part of the business when it was bought and how does that compare to the sell price.
Spruiking that it will save money and looking at the reduced spend tells me that maybe they have sold cheap. Having said that maybe cutting the cash burn is more important, but is this what they always planned? or, is their capital managment now in quesiton?
I don't know at this point in time.
