Thats exactly what i said would happen.
The entire business model is based on rorting customers with excess fees.
Its the only way they can survive as there corporate funding costs are unsustainable.
Same situation in US with their $1 per transaction convenience fee.
Eventually the customers wise up and drop off the system.
