g12m0, if you are correct - I'm not suggesting you're wrong - isn't its still true that unless the developer (owner) of 'build-to-rent' apartments eventually sold them off individually, there'd still be a lower volume of PXA exchange transactions than if from day one of completion, each apartment was marketed for sale to investors or owner occupiers?
