That would be bizarre if they were to delay mining for up to two months until they possibly obtain a permit to change the open pit layout - I can't accept that is even remotely possible - they said in their last update on15Mar that they would get Lotus Hall to put the new Cats to work as soon as they arrived on site - the first tranche have obviously arrived.
