Thanks for the reply sunburnt, I have been trading both shares and CFD's for years but have never held any CFD's at a time when these entitlement offers have been made available.
I couldn't seem to get the dealer at ig markets to understand it was a 1 for 2 offer not share consolidation. Thought someone here might have a yes or no answer. They pay dividends like an ordinary share, but I doubt this would be possible.
No arguement from me on the dangers of CFD's but on the flip side can be a safer purchase then shares if you pay a premium which I do for a guaranteed stop which I have locked in at 93c, my shares I will hold whatever it opens at on Monday.
Auto did you get the feeling we will get word on the possible oil find before it resumes trading?
