This is going to be somewhat of a forum suicide post but here goes anyway...
The only way forward for both PLL and SYA is if they Merge as 1 company... change my mind.
Answers such as Fk PLL and they are nothing are useless, let's hear some proper discussion on why it makes sense for both parties..
Why was Phil Lucas bought on board with his extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions?
Why do we still not have C suite positions filled?
Why was there a bizarre one sided off take in place?
Why were the companies partners in the first place?
Why is the carbonate plant really being delayed? could it be due to secondary processing of carbonate into hydroxide at Tennessee?
Think of the total resource size the 'merged company' would control in North America.
Why is PLL doing all of the offtake negotiations?
There's some pretty wild, long bowed theories in there but they're there to provoke a bit of actual thought rather than this merry go round of 'fk the BOD' and Fk the 'Ex Banker wanker'.. There's undoubtedly synergies between the 2 companies and it makes perfect sense
