i have no real idea about IOH, or where there tenements are etc etc.
years ago, i worked the width and breadth of western australia - and iron was everywhere. the market was dominated by a few companies (eg bhp, rio, cliffs). I worked for "texas gulf sulfer" who had marrandoo, and rhodes ridge - and they ended up, walking away. at the time, having an iron ore deposit, was a bit like having a sand quarry near perth - the problem was to find a buyer.
i would like to add, that "texas gulf sulfur" were magnificent employers. at rhodes ridge, they built a magnificent exploration camp - all of the facilities were built in brick. it was like a motel in the dessert - complete with swimming pool. by comparison, at the time, bhp had mining area c - which was nothing more than transportables. bhp (or goldsworthy mining associates) offered their employees a flight to goldsworthy, every few months for a few days - but texas gulf, flew employees to perth, every 6 weeks
boy oh boy - times have changed
