This is the problem with people who don't want PEP11 to proceed, they have been misled and brainwashed into thinking there are going to be rigs up and down the coast and it is going to be on their doorstep.

So for clarity.... THERE WILL BE NO RIGS ON THE COAST. Once the gas is identified it will be capped and a pipeline constructed under the ocean. Once the mobile rig is finished it will be moved on.
THERE IS NO OIL, so stop with the oil.

The project is worth, if the 5.7tcf of gas is identified, roughly $15 billion to the state of NSW. Imagine the money that will pour in through taxes and royalties to the area. Which is why the NSW governments decision to ban offshore exploration is baffling.......but they will then start crying about how much of the GST pie they receive, yet they are are sitting on a gold mine in their own backyard.

I suggest you do some more research and avail yourself of all the facts.
