If i wanted to invest in companies that arent publicly listed i can do so via many outlets. Crowd funding is one. But i dont, because theres no liquidity.

The mere fact they wanted to take a publicly listed company (which Is one main reason most of us are invested in it inthe first place) and make it private, isa big f you to retail holders.
